STRADA was engaged by an Alabama water utility to support them in the documentation of their policies and procedures. We assisted in compiling, documenting, and organization their existing policies and procedures into functional sections and volumes. This included: .

STRADA’s oversight of this project entails the following:

  • Assessing the current state of the documentation
  • Leading staff information exchange sessions to confirm existing policies and procedures
  • Reducing these policies and procedures to written documentation in a form consistent with industry standards
