MAINTENANCE FACILITY SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS

STRADA worked with The Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority on this project in 2016. STRADA functioned as the Owner’s Representative and Construction Administrator to provide comprehensive services in the organization, coordination, management, and administration associated with representing the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority’s interest in the design and construction of a security fence and access at the BJCTA maintenance facility.

STRADA worked directly with the BJCTA to fully understand its objectives relative to the security project and worked to ensure that the BJCTA’s objectives were met during the design and construction phases of the project.

STRADA supported the BJCTA in the planning and design of the project, the selection of a construction contractor and the oversight and closeout of the project.
