MAINTENANCE FACILITY SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS
STRADA served as owner’s representative and construction administrator for enhancements to our client’s maintenance facility. In this role, we provided comprehensive services in the organization, coordination, management, and administration necessary to advocate for our client’s interest in the design and construction of a security fence and access control system at the facility.
We worked directly with the client to fully understand their needs within the security project, and we worked on behalf of the client to make sure their objectives were met during the design and construction phase of the project. This involved supporting the planning and design, selection of a construction contractor, and oversight and closeout of the successful project.
