STRADA’s client called on us to support them in a long-range revenue enhancement plan that included recruiting high-water-user industries to the area. Our role was to help the client assert themselves into an active leadership position within the area’s recruiting team. To achieve that, we oversaw:

In this project, STRADA oversaw the on the following:

  • Developing an information package outline and meeting with the board of directors
  • Conducting meetings with the industrial development authority and city council to review the assignment purpose and objectives
  • Finalizing the information package
  • Conducting meetings with state agencies to inform them of our client’s unique and valuable assets
  • Conducting meetings with industrial candidates
