Environmental Regulatory Consulting & Services

Led by uniquely qualified environmental and water resources professionals, we have comprehensive knowledge of the environmental and natural resources regulatory systems, regulations, and relationships to assist clients in all aspects of the environmental regulatory process.  We also support our clients by staying abreast of and properly engaging in the leadership of the development and implementation of environmental policies impacting our clients’ success.

We provide full-service permitting and compliance support for the ongoing or newly planned clients operations of our clients.  Additionally, we assist clients in navigating the troubled waters of compliance, enforcement actions, violations, or lawsuits dealing with environmental, water resources, waste, and/or natural resources issues.  Our experience and expertise includes knowledge and intimate familiarity with the regulatory requirements found in the federal and state regulations associated with the following:

  • United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA);
  • United States Department of Transportation (USDOT);
  • United States Department of Interior (USDOI);
  • United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE);
  • United States Department of Commerce (USDOC); and
  • States and their associated agencies.

We support our clients’ site development, property acquisition, and legacy properties with extensive experience in contaminated land and the programs that can be used to limit our clients’ liability associated with their past actions or the past actions of others.  We have extensive experience and expertise in the application of CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and OPA regulations.
